Refund policy

-Test fit all wheels before mounting tires.

-Any signs of wear, or mounting are subject to return rejection. Once products are verified to be in original undamaged condition, return funds will be processed to original payment method.

-Returns on wheels/tires/auto and truck parts are subject to a 25% restocking fee + return shipping charges unless an order error originated from NorthWood Off-Roading LLC.

-All Apparel is subject to 25% restocking fee + Return Shipping unless deemed damaged in which case return will not be accepted.

-All closeout, scratch and dent items are sold as is and are ineligible for return.

-Return policy subject to change without notice.
